It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant below was excellent and the Gondola was at the front door which was fun. We were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out and came back later to collect it. Nothing was too much trouble. Very accommodating and authentic Venetian style hotel. Dont hesitate to stay.

The location was just perfect. Three minute walk to san Marco. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable for four people.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk from San Marco Square and other shops, restaurants, theaters etc. My room had a beautiful view of a canal and gondolas right below it which was really magical. And the small rooftop terrace is nice to relax for a bit and soak in traditional Italian rooftops. A good option for a moderate budget

Location is great, easy to walk around to the sights. Their staff made you feel welcomed to their city and hotel. They were also were very helpful in giving instructions for the ferries and water taxis, this made our transport a breeze.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was really stylish and the location was great. Transportation was really easy. There were great restaurants and cafes right next to it. It was extremely decent. We loved its historical texture. Also, the free treats were delicious.

Very-very good location to explore the inner city, both San Marco and Rialto is well within walking distance, but the best are the small canals, streets and osterias in the neighborhood. Staff is super-nice, they were kind enough to help with our boiling water as well for a special diet even though we didnt ordered the breakfast service. The room is suprisingly spacious, with a nice old-school vibe.
